＊キュレトリアルは、飯田志保子、四方（アソシエイト・キュレーター）と端聡（地域ディレクター）で構成。
札幌初の国際的なアートフェスティバル。今後の都市と自然の共生のあり方を考えるテーマを掲げ、市内各所で展覧会やパフォーマンスなど様々なプログラムが展開。美術館や札幌の街各所が芸術祭の舞台となり、会期中に約48万人が訪れた。
担当は「メディアアート」と「参加型プロジェクト」。主な担当会場は、チ・カ・ホ（札幌駅前通地下歩行空間）、モエレ沼公園、札幌市資料館。札幌駅と大通駅をつなぎ、１日に約7.2万人が通行する公共空間チ・カ・ホでは、扇状地の豊かな水脈からこのエリアでかつて湧いていた水、現在そこを流れる人々や電磁波、環境情報をセンシングし可視化・可聴化する11の新作で構成した（うち坂本龍一＋真鍋大渡作品はモエレ沼公園、毛利悠子作品は清華亭でも展開）。参加型プロジェクト「アートxライフ」（５作品）は、札幌市資料館を中心にチ・カ・ホとさっぽろテレビ塔（IDPW「インターネットヤミ市 4 in 札幌」）でも開催。他に坂本龍一＋YCAM InterLab「フォレスト・シンフォニー in モエレ沼」（モエレ沼公園）、YCAM InterLab＋五十嵐淳「コロガル公園 in ネイチャー」（札幌市資料館）、田島一成「SAPPORO PROJECT」（チ・カ・ホおよび大通公園）を担当。またチ・カ・ホ北3条交差点広場および北2条広場での上映プログラムを実施した。

During the city’s first international art festival SIAF 2014, a variety of projects were implemented across Sapporo. The entire city and its museums served as a stage for the event, which saw approximately 480,000 visitors over the festival period.
Main venues in charge: Sapporo Ekimae-dori Undergrouned Walkway [Chi-Ka-Ho], Moerenuma Park, Former Sapporo Court of Appeals [Shiryokan], Sapporo
Exhibition “Sensing Streams”(main venue: [Chi-Ka-Ho]), 11 works, most of them were media art) to sensing and visualizing invisible streams of withered water, environmental data and people passing by, in the venue originally with abundant water veins, currently with more than 72,000 pedestrians. Participatory Project “ART x LIFE”(main venue: [Siryokan]) was consisted of 5 unique works to activate communication of people by sharing books, ideas, skills and experiences. In Moerenuma Park, Ryuichi Sakamoto + YCAM InterLab’s “Forest Symphony Moerenuma”, and Ryuichi Sakamoto + Daito Manabe’s “Sensing Streams - invisible, inaudible…” (from “Sensing Streams”) were shown. Yuko Mohri’s work for ”Sensing Streams” was shown in two venues: Seikatei and [Chi-Ka-Ho]. A unique playground “KOROGARU Park in Nature” was built in a garden of [Shiryokan] welcoming children. “SAPPORO PROJECT” by Kazunari Tajima was shown in [Chi-Ka-Ho] and Odori Park, “Internet Yami-ichi (Internet Black Market) 4 inSapporo “was held at Sapporo TV Tower. Additionally curated screening programs in two locations in [Chi-Ka-Ho].
